Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, Abu Dhabi

The facilities r great, esp the pool and gym... good location as well...

Everything was perfect. My husband and I had a short stay of 2 nights. We did the option of the half-board (breakfast and dinner included in our stay). The food during breakfast and for the dinner buffet was absolutely amazing and delicious. A big thank you to one of the chefs in the kitchen, Sujit. I was craving something spicy, and he whipped up an unforgettable and amazing spicy stirfry noodles. A big thank you to Nilam for making my stay special. Nilam's approach was warm and kind, and she made me delicious iced coffees on both days. A big thank you as well to Justin, Lance, and Phyo for their amazing service and for their warm and friendly aura. Another big thank you to Sneha (front desk reception) who gave us another amazing room, to avoid us waiting for our room to be ready, as well as thank you to Aslam and Ismail for their amazing concierge services. You all made us feel welcome. This hotel was exceptional. It was also extremely clean and the facilities were excellent. The pool was great, and we also loved exploring the Al Forsan International Sports Resort, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the hotel. We also visited the Warner Brothers theme park, which was just approximately 20 minutes' drive from the hotel as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to come again for another visit. Thank you to all the staff.

Staff are nice & friendly. Plenty of smiles & very courteous. Two names I remember are Raul & Daniel. There were other members of the staff were all brilliant. The pool & facilities were all good. Security I had to use my room card to access the lift. Good security. The lobby area, Tea / coffee / biscuits / cake shop. Very nice. Bon voy discount. The room has a balcony, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The fridge in the room was good. I was able to keep water cold. The cube radio with blue tooth is another nice feature. Overall, everything was fabulous & all going I plan to stay there again in 2025 with my daughter. Thank you

Huge bedrooms and comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Lovely balcony looking out at the pool. Housekeeping was excellent. Special mention to MD FaijuR. He provided us everything we needed during our stay. All staff very friendly. Food at appolossa bar was very nice. And also pool side food and drinks were good.

We have stayed and visited this Marriott before (for brunches, meals and afternoon teas), and it provides consistently excellent customer service and experience. The property itself is well designed and extremely comfortable, but the staff really make it stand out. Without fault everyone we came across was welcoming, happy and helpful. It is excellent value for money and could teach many other five star hotels in the more popular areas of Abu Dhabi a thing or two. It is refreshing to have this consistent level of service to return to locally.
